It is important to remember that tooth whitening is progressive and that most clients require a double treatment to achieve the desired results. The two treatments are performed one after the other.

If a patient has a history of sensitive teeth or gums, they may experience sensitivity to extreme hot or cold the following day, but it is implausible.

"THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW"

Do not eat or drink anything other than pure water for one to two hours following the treatment. For a minimum of 24 to 48 hours, they should avoid coffee, tea, colas, red wine, grape juice, and other dark liquids or sauces. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK FOR 24 HOURS ANYTHING THAT WILL STAIN A WHITE T-SHIRT.

  • It is imperative that you do not eat or drink anything for the next hour except water.

  • It is essential to avoid staining foods for a minimum of 24 hours to maximize results.

  • Pregnant or lactating women should never be subjected to this procedure

  • We recommend not using this product if you have poor gums, enamel, or other dental problems.

Frequently Asked Questions

How safe are teeth whitening?

The safety of teeth whitening has been extensively researched and clinically tested. Many dentists consider teeth whitening the safest cosmetic dental procedure available. However, teeth whitening is not recommended for all individuals.

What is the treatment duration?

In most cases, a second treatment is necessary to achieve optimal results. For people with severely stained teeth, we offer double and triple treatments.

Are there any individuals who should not undergo teeth whitening?

Any of the following: pregnant or lactating women, people with poor enamel or decalcification caused by excessive use of fluorides, people with periodontal disease including gingivitis or gums in poor condition, people who wear braces or who had their braces removed less than six months ago, people who recently had oral surgery, people with decaying teeth or exposed roots, people with open cavities, people with a history of allergic reactions to peroxide products, people with silver fillings in, near or behind the front teeth, people under the age of 13. Such conditions are rare, so it can be assumed that over 90% of people can undergo and benefit from teeth whitening.

Are all teeth capable of being whitened?

It is practical to remove most stains caused by lifestyle habits (red wine, coffee, tea, tobacco, etc.) using carbamide and hydrogen peroxide. Stains caused by tetracycline, antibiotics, or excessive fluoride may cause tooth discoloration removal to be a challenge. It is possible for artificial dental work, such as crowns, bonding, caps, veneers, bridges, or composite fillings, to whiten, but not to the extent that they were initially whitening. Peroxide will not damage or affect artificial teeth. Customers with artificial teeth wishing to whiten their natural teeth can use our products. Results will vary from customer to customer depending on the color of the enamel and how it reacts to peroxide.

What is the effect of teeth whitening on sensitivity?

The whitening process results in minimal to no sensitivity. During the whitening process, mild tissue (gum) irritation may occur (a tingling or stinging sensation we mention in the guide). However, this usually occurs only during the procedure and subsides shortly after completion. If sensitivity persists, use toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth.

What is the expected whiteness of my teeth?

One treatment usually whitens your teeth between two and eight shades, and you may achieve four, five, or six shades whiter with one treatment, depending on your genetics. The treatment can also be followed up with the custom tray kits for a short period after the treatment at home and get a second treatment to achieve optimum results for people with discolored teeth or compacted stains (due to older age, bad habits, and medications).

What is the recommended frequency of teeth whitening?

The first time your customers have their teeth whitened, we recommend a double treatment. After that, we recommend that their teeth be whitened every six months.

What caused the white spots on my gums?

Gum blanching (whitening) occurs occasionally. The gums return to their standard color within 24 hours.

What is the duration of the results?

In theory, results can last up to a year, but in practice, they last less. Most people may require another whitening session after six months, depending on their consumption of coffee, tea, red wine, colas, and other darkening agents such as tobacco. Using our maintenance kit once a month improves the longevity of the treatment.

What is the cause of the white spots on some of my teeth?

White spots or demineralization may appear on people with braces or porous enamel; however, these usually disappear within 24 hours.

Is the gel effective?

Water-based gel with an extra oxygen molecule (H2O2) penetrates through the dentin and enamel, removing discolored proteins.
